2023 Career Panel | Thursday, April 14, 1:30-3:00 pm | In-person format
This year, in addition to offering opportunities for students to present their research, BSGA is focusing on offering fun and informative skill-building workshops for graduate and undergraduate students. The first of these workshops will focus on promoting inclusivity in science through self-reflection, strategies to build belonging, and methods of bystander intervention and allyship. During this panel, UNT students and other interested attendees will have the opportunity to reflect and collaboratively map a pathway to a more diverse and inclusive science community. Attendees will also be welcome to ask panelists questions related to diversity and inclusion. Panelists will be listed below soon, and we are very grateful for their participation! Questions for panelists can also be submitted in advance by emailing [email protected] with subject line: "Inclusion workshop question."
